What is the feature or improvement you'd like to see?
Currently the Super Chat "Users can view" section mixes the way the chat works with filtering for what the user can see. Ideally these would be separate, so you could define how comments are shown ("Comments shown before user comments" / "Comments shown after user comments") and the filtering applied ("All comments", "Userlist comments", "User comments only").
What problem would this feature solve for you? Please describe the situation where it would be most helpful.
I want only user lists comments to be shown to users BUT only when a user has commented.
How often do you face this issue, and what's your current workaround?
All the time! I currently just have to leave user list comments open, with the impact that has on users actually commenting (they are influenced by existing comments; they don't comment because there are already plenty of comments)
