Chat Attachments not uploading

Hello Howspace community, 

I (admin) & various users have had issues with uploading files to the chat widget. I checked the settings and it should be working (as it did until recently), but when I click the "Publish" (upload) button, nothing happens --- the wheel just keeps spinning and it never uploads. Please advise on what I can / should do to resolve this issue 🙏

Can you check if you have Virus Scanner enabled on the workspace? Sometimes virus scanner might find false positives and deny file uplooads.

I tried this and file uploads from super chats work fine for me.

Thank you Antti for the suggestion. I wasn't aware of that and disabled the virus scanner - but it's still not loading. I tried different files & file types, I also tried from different browsers (chrome and firefox) - it's the same result across the board. 😟

Does anyone know if there's a Howspace Help Desk that I can contact to look into this?
