An inactive status for workspace users to ease analyzing

Instead of just deleting users from the workspace, it would be extremely useful to have a certain "inactive" status for them. Now, if you delete users,  the possibilities to analyze workspace data, pulse surveys etc. are limited. Now it is possible to analyze for example pulse surveys, make graphs and use filters only with active users. This is straining the monthly amount of users. This new inactive status I'm suggesting would solve this by making all the analyzing still possible without straining the monthly users amount.
