Enhanced navigation widget

One of our admins proposed an idea for a widget, that would improve user navigation within larger workspaces consisting of multiple pages and folders. They were testing out different ways to use Howspace as a platform to build a knowledge base (or FAQ), which would require large amounts of information spread across many pages. 

This widget would list pages and folders within the workspace. The admins would be able to choose which parts of the workspace the widget lists. 

Admins would also be able to attach tags to pages, and users would be able to filter the page lists using said tags, keywords, dates etc. 

Additionally, it would be helpful for admins to be able to hide pages from the main navigation, so that certain pages could only be accessed through  this proposed widget (or an url link, perhaps). It would clear some clutter. 

Thanks Mika, we have been planning a widget with a working title "Collection widget" that could work for this purpose. Pages and folders can already be hidden by dragging them away from the menu. They are still accessible even they are not in the menu. It can be managed in Workspace Manager > Pages: Pages not in menu. 

I like your idea of "auto-creating" the lists with page tags.
