Folder front page

Could the Folders front page be the one visible in the menu? E.g. "Find the Job" would be the front page where you can add content normally.

This folder starts with a page about finding a job so we had to find some other way to say the same thing to differentiate the first page from the menu headline. Also the user has to click twice to get to any page. It is quite confusing.

Making the folder itself a page might impact the usability, particularly in terms of navigating to sub-pages within a folder. This adjustment could potentially complicate the user experience, especially for mobile users.
