Form widget email upon submission

Send an email upon submission from the form widget (similar to Google form or website form), with the option to select individual users to receive it.

Thanks for the idea Joy. Would you like the email go to the one who submitted the form (as a confirmation email)? And then optionally to selected admins for example?

Yes, and yes (but all users, not just admins).

I have two worksheets that are completed 24-hours before and 24-hours after a 1:1 coaching session. The coaches need to receive notification upon completion, and be able to view the submission. Coaches are not admins and should not be able to view entries from participants who are not assigned to them. 

There is a need for multiple answering rounds over a year, without cluttering the page view for the participant.

The data collected from the form should also be available for future analysis (ideally by the AI+ widget, but a link to external spreadsheet would work).

The option to submit form multiple times per user is now available. The email communication to admin is something that we could consider as part of workspace automations concept. We'll get back to this!
