Idle workspace reminder

It would be nice, if there would be a setting in a workspace, that would send reminders to idle users, if not visited workspace [this long] time.

There already is one at email, but this setting would send the reminder constantly (not only one time).

Thanks Jussi. Would you like to have this feature as part of emails or notification settings? In notification we have thise immediately, daily, weekly, monthly options. How do you see the relationship to those?

Hi! Thank you for the reply! Good point. I guess this could be integrated with the current functionalities. Currently I get these "What's new in the workspace.." emails. There is also a possibility to send emails and choose the recipients by their activity.

If I could mix these two functionalities together, is my desire :).

These summary emails are a bit robotic IMHO and are sent to everyone. If I could write a more presonal note with a signature to my students who haven't visited the site for awhile, it might caught their attention a bit more. More like an email than just a summary. However, I don't want to send the email manually every two weeks, but if I could automate this to happen.

So technically maybe the easiest way to make this happen would be to just add "re-occurring" tip box possibility to emails. In addition, add an option "In [this many] weeks" by side of [by this specific date] option when choosing "by their activity" -option.
