Link certain moment in Video from Super Chat

It would be great feature to be able to link certain parts of the video, like it is possible to link into YouTube video: https://youtu.be/NtOlguB6lg0?t=179

This feature should be usable at least on Super Chat and Assignment widgets. From UI wise, this probably needs to be started from video widget and then putting focus into super chat.

Note from customer: it would be beneficial to be able to define the clip (= start and end), instead of just one point in video.
