Userlist matching profile fuctionality - multiple choice

For our company there is a need to create userlist according to the profile fields. Creating a list with only one profile field answer is not enough and we would need multiple selection when creating a list. This way we could make the path and content more personal and create several paths. At the moment this need can only be anwered by bringing third party content to the page (survey tool) or exporting prifile info and manually creating list which is not possible anymore when the volume of participants is high.

Thanks for the suggestion. To understand the use case better, can you share what kind of fields you are combining? Like the actual labels of those fields.

We decided to not start implementing this for now. Current workaround is to create 3rd profile field, that contains the needed combinations and use that as a userlist.
